West Monroe police has made an arrest in a fatal shooting that took place Sunday at Lazarre Park. Cops apprehended 41-year-old Willie Townes Junior in Monroe after a witness came forward. Two people were shot at Lazarre Park. The female victim died from her injuries. A male victim is in critical condition. No word on what sparked the shooting.
