On social media, he’s talking about his own Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. LSU Health New Orleans Chair of Psychiatry Dr. Rahn Bailey says a person can mentally re-experience trauma when something reminds them of the event.

A 34 year old Vidalia man is facing a charge of second degree murder this morning. Caldwell Parish Sheriff’s officials say the shooting happened February 11th leaving 29 year old Devin Cole Hines of Olla dead. CPSO deputies and Louisiana Probation and Parole arrested Norris during a traffic stop yesterday.
