A snap chat conversation led to the arrest of two 14-year-old Mandeville area high school girls for Terrorizing after an FBI department alerted the St. Tammany Parish Sheriff’s Office to that conversation in which the girls allegedly discussed shooting up the school to kill one of their teachers.
