Baton Rouge Police arrest a Kenner man after he allegedly tried to run over two officers with his vehicle. Corporal L’Jean Mckneely says 30-year-old St. Julian Baranco is charged with two counts of attempted first degree murder of a police officer and aggravated criminal damage to property.
