Nola.com is reporting Governor John Bel Edwards will join the New Orleans-based law firm Fishman Haygood when he leaves office on Monday. Edwards will work with the firm’s business team and will focus specifically on securing renewable energy deals. The governor has been a big proponent of expanding renewable energy.
