The Belle Chasse (chase) man accused of the Bourbon Street shooting that killed a tourist last month has been indicted on one count of manslaughter and another count of attempted second-degree murder. Twenty-one year old Trung Le was indicted today. His bond was set a $1.5 million dollars.
