Today is World AIDS Day and Louisiana has seen some improvement in new cases of HIV in the state. According to The Louisiana Department of Health, Since 2018, the Bayou State has seen an 11% decrease in those living with HIV. There’s still work to do as 22,920 Louisianans are HIV positive.
