State Officials say early voting turnout for this Saturday’s primary election in Louisiana saw an 8 percent drop from the 2019 governor’s race. That does not include absentee ballots and the deadline to request one is 4:30 this afternoon. Louisiana Deputy Secretary of State for Outreach Joel Watson says all completed absentee ballots should be returned in person….:
