41-year-old Melvin Emde of Oklahoma, who was presumed drowned in Louisiana last month is in custody and accused of faking his death to avoid child rape charges in North Carolina. On Sunday Georgia State Police pulled over a motorcycle for not having a license plate. The driver fled, crashed, and gave them a fake name.
