A federal appeals court has ruled that juvenile offenders can stay at the Louisiana State Penitentiary for now. A federal judge ruled last week that they must be transferred to a juvenile detention facility, because they are not getting rehabilitation they need at Angola. The state Office of Juvenile Justice says they need more time to consider their options.
