The Shreveport Police Department says the man wanted for shooting an officer to death last night is behind bars. Just after 3pm, cops located 27-year-old Grover Cannon at a residence after getting several tips that he was there. An intense manhunt was underway by several agencies working together to apprehend the killer of Officer Thomas LaValley.
