The other in-state matchup this Saturday is Northwestern State at La Tech. The Demons lost at U-L Lafayette on Saturday, while the Bulldogs fell to S-M-U.

The Ragin Cajuns will open up Sun Belt play this Saturday when take on Old Dominion. The Monarchs lost to Virginia Tech on Saturday 36-17.

Nicholls is at TCU, McNeese is at Florida and Southeastern Louisiana is at South Alabama.

The Saints kick off the season on Sunday as they’ll face the Tennessee Titans. The Titans went 7-and-10 last season. They started 7-3, but finished the season on a seven-game losing streak.
