Today marks the 18th anniversary of when Hurricane Katrina slammed into Southeast Louisiana. Katrina was responsible for more than 13-hundred deaths and it remains the costliest storm ever as a result of the federal levees failing. James Lee with the Identify Theft Resource Center says it was the MOVEit File Transfer System that OMV uses and it has affected individuals across the globe.
