East Baton Rouge District Attorney Hillar Moore announced this afternoon that no formal charges will be made in the break-in case involving 3 LSU football players, including quarterback Anthony Jennings. In today’s statement, Moore mad his decision based on the decision of the victim that the charges would be dropped.
