The NFL has issued a cease and desist order to New Orleans apparel brand DNO. The order claims brand’s staple, “Defend New Orleans” logo infringes on a league-owned trademark. The logo features a spiked skull wearing a fleur-de-lis DNO founder Jac Currie has been selling since 2003.
