State Police are seeking the person who struck & killed a pedestrian then drove away early Thursday morning on U.S. Highway 90 near Donner, in Terrebonne Parish. Troop C spokesman Ross Brennan says they had a couple calls about a man walking on the four-lane divided highway. Brennan says the speed limit in the area is 70, and it is not safe for walkers…:

At this time they do not know the victim’s identity, not anything about who hit him and drove away. They ask anyone with tips to call Troop C.

Louisiana sportsmen will soon have a new gadget to help them bring home the catch of the day. LDWF’s Artificial Reef Program has deployed its first-ever Fish Attracting Device (FAD) buoys in the Gulf of Mexico.  Program Coordinator Mike McDonough says fishing enthusiasts presented the idea but it took a lot of time and research…:
