Former LSU women’s basketball standout Danielle Ballard was also struck by traffic and killed early this morning in Memphis, TN. In this case the drive DID stop and call authorities. Among her athletic accomplishments, Ballard led the Lady Tigers to the 2015 NCAA Tournament. Danielle Ballard; dead at just 29.

Lawmakers must have their ballots in by midnight tonight if they’re against holding a veto override session.
