3 people are dead and several others are injured following a reported mass shooting at a 4th of July party last night in Shreveport. News outlets are reporting cops had a difficult time getting to victims on the scene due to how many cars were on the street for the gathering. A DeSoto Parish man has been convicted for a second time in the 2010 killing of 12 year old Justin Bloxom of Stonewall. The initial conviction of 47 year old Brian Horn was vacated following a ruling by the Louisiana Supreme Court. The Vernon Parish jury that found Horn guilty of first degree murder Tuesday will move into the penalty phase today.
