But Council for a Better Louisiana President Barry Erwin says overall the session was productive and he believes lawmakers dedicated the more than $2 billion of extra funding appropriately. After a well-known Louisiana Baptist leader, Daryl Stagg was arrested in Central Louisiana for a number of sex crimes last week, authorities are asking the public to contact them if they have any knowledge of the crimes.
