Louisianians pay on average more than $500 a month extra per year on our cars because of poor road conditions according to the transportation research group TRIP. The report shows 36-percent of roads in Shreveport are considered in poor condition, 38-percent in Baton Rouge, and 42-percent in New Orleans.
