In Iberia Parish today, convicted killer Keith Overton LeLeux has pleaded guilty to the asphyxiation death of Judy Blanchard Landry 7 years ago, when he broke into her home to steal drug money. As part of a plea deal to avoid the death penalty, Leleux was sentenced to life imprisonment at hard labor without the benefit of parole.
