The Tangipahoa Parish Sheriff’s Office has arrested an 18-year-old for allegedly fatally shooting an Arkansas man, who was in town for a birthday celebration. Ladarrius Evans of Hammond faces several charges including first-degree murder. The victim, Paul Holt, was set to turn 63 yesterday. The shooting happened Saturday morning during a carjacking.
