Boyce Police arrested two brothers in the death of their elderly mother – who was under their care. 66-year-old James McCoy and 56-year-old Kevin Glynn, 56, were the primary caregivers of the victim, 88-year-old Ethel Glynn who died on March 21. Assistant Chief of Police, Linwood Banks says his office was contacted by the Rapides Parish Coroner’s office on March 22 to investigate her death.
