And in Caddo Parish today, a 19-year-old student at Southwood High School was arrested after a school resource officer found a fully loaded gun in his backpack. Sheriff Steve Prator says Officer Calvin Williams confronted Caleb Morris after he allegedly threatened to kill a coach at the school.
