Patrick Mahomes and the Kansas City Chiefs are Super Bowl champs for a second time in four years as K-C was outstanding in the second half in the 38-35 win over the Eagles. Mahomes threw two TD passes in the fourth quarter and his 26 yard run set up the game winning field goal.
