23-year-old Shreveport Police Officer Alexander Tyler has been put on administrative leave. Two officers were called to an apartment complex on Friday night to investigate a loud music complaint. LSP says when the officers arrived Bagley took off running.

Louisiana Attorney General Jeff Landry will release the Protecting Innocence report this morning. Landry says it’s an examination of public libraries and the access they allow for children to obtain material that is not age-appropriate. Legislation has been filed for the upcoming session to address this issue.
