New Orleans Police have made another arrest in connection with the shooting death of Officer Daryle Holloway last month, and this time, it’s another cop. Travis Boys was initially arrested by Officer Wardell Johnson before the suspect is alleged to have shot and killed Holloway in a squad car while handcuffed. NOPD Chief Michael Harrison:
