A Baton Rouge TV station reports that Charles Lee, the father of J’ahrei Paul, who died of a fentanyl overdose in October remains at large.  The J’ahrei was the infant that the Department of Children and Family Services was alerted about that he might be in danger just before his death. Secretary Marketa Garner Walters resigned shortly after.
