The Covington Police Department has made an arrest in a double homicide where the bodies of the victims were burned beyond recognition. Authorities say 49-year-old Donde Tyson was taken into custody and charged with murder and kidnapping charges. Sergeant Edwin Masters says the victims have yet to be identified…

The two people killed were found in an alleyway behind a glass company in downtown Covington this morning.
