Covington Police have announced an arrest in an apparent double homicide where two people were burned beyond recognition. Sgt. Edwin Masters says the victims were found in an alleyway behind a glass company this morning…

This afternoon Covington Police arrested 49-year-old Donde Tyson and charged him with two counts of first degree murder and second-degree kidnapping. Authorities will release more information tomorrow morning.
