Two women are facing charges of identity theft in Shreveport for allegedly stealing money from the accounts of USAA bank account holders. Shreveport Police Department Sergeant Angie Willhite says ZarRajah Watkins was arrested on November 17th. Destane Glass was arrested yesterday.
