As folks are preparing for their Thanksgiving feast, there are some tips to make sure you don’t overdo it when it comes to overeating. LSU AgCenter Registered Dietitian Jennifer Duhon says instead of having everything on the buffet, Duhon says to choose two to three of your all-time favorites.

And she suggests taking a walk with your family before and after dinner to burn off a few calories.
