Three people are dead, including a three year old, and one person was critically injured after a shooting in St. Martin Parish Tuesday night. Sheriff’s deputies responded to a domestic disturbance just outside Breaux Bridge just before 8pm. A spokeswoman says all four had been shot and they are not looking for any suspects. One of the victims has been identified through the media as Shannon Hudson, a Baton Rouge rapper known as Young Ready.

The Baton rouge Police Department says a man turned himself in Tuesday after he was wanted for allegedly stealing his dad’s identity to take out nearly $70,000 in loans. 29-year-old Gabadiah Jemar McClay was booked into parish prison on counts of forgery and identity theft according to a department spokesman.

The Louisiana chapter of the NAACP has written a letter to Governor Jindal asking that the “Sons of the Confederate Veterans” license plate be removed as an option here.
