The mother, 32-year-old Amber Watson, was driving and charges are pending the results of the investigation. David says children must, by law, be properly restrained in a vehicle at all times.

East Baton Rouge Parish Coroner Dr. Beau Clark is still searching for the cause of death of a man shot with taser guns by two Baton Rouge police officers. Clark says in the preliminary autopsy of Kevin Bajoie, he found other physical evidence along with wounds connected to the Tasers…:
