New Orleans Mayor LaToya Cantrell has reconsidered her trip to Buenos Aires, Argentina for a World Mayors Conference. Her Honor says she will not fly to South America, but will instead attend virtually. Cantrell has been ordered to repay the city the cost of upgrading plane fares for three trips abroad in the past four months to first class. She is also under an active recall petition.
