Lt Governor Jay Dardenne has learned Disney-ABC has placed a moratorium on new projects in Louisiana as a result of Governor Bobby Jindal signing into law a new 180-million dollar cap on film tax credits redeemed. The St. Landry Parish Sheriff’s office is looking for missing 17-year-old Alexandria Davis who they believe could be underage stripping. Lt. The Calcasieu Parish Sheriff’s Office says a 19-year-old Lake Charles man has been arrested for allegedly raping a 7-year-old boy. Authorities say the victim told them he was playing video games at Ivan Monceaux III’s home when he was sexually assaulted. Monceaux is charged with one count of aggravated rape.
