Super utility player Taysom Hill ran for three touchdowns and threw for another touchdown as the Saints outscored the Seahawks 39-32 at the Superdome. It was also a big game for Alvin Kamara, who had 6 catches for 91 yards. He also rushed for 103 yards. Quarterback Andy Dalton says it was good to get Kamara going after missing a couple of games with a rib injury…

Saints defensive back Marshon Lattimore suffered an abdominal injury in the the victory. Coach Dennis Allen said today that tests done on Lattimore found nothing serious, but how he responds this week will determine his availability for Sunday’s home game against the Cincinnati Bengals.

Tennessee was the much better football team on Saturday as they trounced LSU 40-13 in Tiger Stadium…..

LSU will now get ready to visit Florida this Saturday at 6 PM. The Tigers next game at home is October 22nd against Ole Miss and the SEC announced that game will kick-off at 2:30.

Conference USA named defensive back Myles Brooks as its defensive player of the week. Brooks returned an interception for a touchdown in the Bulldogs 41-31 win over UTEP on Saturday.
