Natchitoches Police have arrested one person and they are searching for another in the early Sunday morning shooting death of 21-year-old Jaqurian Casson near Carter’s Mobile Home Park. Officers arrested 37-year-old Cedric Daniels of Natchitoches yesterday and they are looking for 27-year-old Kenny Wayne Smith Junior of Natchitoches.
