Shreveport Police are asking public help in locating a missing woman. 22-year-old ShaToria Jones was last seen Tuesday. Her family is concerned because her birthday is tomorrow. She is a black woman, with medium complexion and wears eyeglasses. Call Shreveport Police with any tips.

 

Tailgaters are already in place for this evening’s historic first-ever matchup between the LSU and Southern University football teams. To make traffic easier when the game is over, officials say contraflow will be in effect, and only outbound traffic will be allowed; meaning ALL lanes will be one-way leading away from Tiger Stadium. The game is completely sold out.

So, imagine your 71-year-old friend who’s never been gator hunting in their life, tells you he caught one that he thought weighed around 400 pounds. You’d laugh at them, right? Well, Jerry Sepulvado of Calhoun did just that Wednesday on Lake St. John. He actually caught three gators and one was a real whopper…:
