A federal judge has put a halt on a plan to transfer 25 incarcerated youth offenders from a youth detention center in Jefferson Parish to the State Penitentiary.
LSU police are investigating a fight that occurred inside a dorm Monday night. The video shows three females fighting, punching, and pulling hair and one female was tossed into a water fountain.
