Baton Rouge Judge Don Johnson denies Louisiana Attorney General Jeff Landry’s request to allow a law that bans most abortions to go into effect while he appeals Johnson’s previous ruling that blocked the abortion ban. That means the state’s three licensed abortion clinics remain open for now.
