Not only will Louisiana be receiving $130 million dollars from the America Rescue Plan to bring more affordable and accessible internet, the state is also piloting a program to improve the state’s digital literacy rate. Commissioner of Higher Education Dr. Kim Hunter Reed says they want to help people use the internet safely and successfully..:
