The U-S Supreme Court has ruled that the Clean Air Act does not give the EPA broad authority to regulate greenhouse gas emissions from power plants. Environmental advocates say the decision is a blow in the fight against climate change, while the Louisiana Oil and Gas Association applauds the Supreme Court’s decision saying EPA’s regulations have cost Americans at the pump.
