Burns tees off at 12:14 p.m. on No. 10 and the action can be seen on USA Network as well as NBC.

LSU assistant baseball coach Dan Fitzgerald will be the next head coach at Kansas. Prior to spending last season with the Tigers, Fitzgerald was one of the top recruiters in the nation at Dallas Baptist University.

New Orleans Pelicans center Jaxson Hayes was sentenced to 3 years of probation and 450 hours of community service plus domestic violence classes for getting into a dispute with officers responding to a domestic violence call last summer in LA.

Game 6 of the NBA finals takes place tonight and the stakes are high for the Boston Celtics as they take on the Golden State Warriors. If Boston wins, they keep hopes alive and force a game 7. But if the Warriors win tonight, it’ll be their 4th ring in the past 8 years under coach Steve Kerr.
