An anti-abortion group says it opposes a controversial bill that would charge a woman with murder if they have an abortion. Louisiana Right to Life Executive Director Ben Clapper says abortion-vulnerable women should not be treated as criminals

The bill’s author, Oil City Representative Danny McCormick told the USA Today Network that if you believe abortion is murder then you must call it that. The bill is scheduled to be heard on the House floor on Thursday.
