Triple-A says gas prices are up another seven cents in Louisiana today to a statewide average of $3.95 a gallon for regular gasoline, which is six cents shy of a record high set in 2008. The price of gas has risen 75-cents in the last month.
Lieutenant Governor Billy Nungesser says he has a plan to keep the rising cost of gas from sinking the state’s tourism industry.
