An art teacher from St. James Parish has been arrested in two parishes this week on charges including sex crimes involving a juvenile. 50-year-old Lisa Samuels was first booked with a DWI in Ascension Parish before being brought to St. James where she was booked with molestation of a juvenile and indecent behavior with juveniles.
