A suspect in a fatal shooting that occurred during homecoming week on the Grambling State campus has turned himself into authorities after a standoff in Delhi. Jatavious “Rabbit” Carroll gave himself up after armed officers and SWAT teams surrounded a home on Valley Street.

The forecast for relief at the gas pump remains grim and predictions for spring even more depressing. Brooke Thorington has more.
