The short-handed Saints could not stop Philadelphia’s running game and lost their third consecutive game, a 40-29 defeat to the Eagles. The Sun Belt Conference Championship game is set as the Ragin Cajuns will host Appalachian State at 2:30 in Lafayette on December fourth. It’s the third matchup between the two teams in the four-year history of the Sun Belt championship game. But first U-L Lafayette will host ULM to conclude the regular season this Saturday.
