Baton Rouge Representative Dalton Honore has decided to pull his bill from further discussion that would have put recreational marijuana legaliziation on an upcoming ballot for voters to decide. And in Alexandria, the parents of twins who were killed in a fire last December have been indicted on criminal charges. Andrea Aaron, the mother of the two-year-old twins, faces two counts of second degree murder and the father has been charged with two counts of accessory after the fact.
